고객님의 경우 혹시 스티치 옵션으로 제작주문을 하셨다면 칼라의 심이 소프트한 상태로 제작되어져 세탁후 힘이 없는것 처럼 보여질 수 있습니다..하지만 세탁 후 다림질을 하시면 다시 복원이 되오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

<P>처음 주문해봤습니다. 예상보다 조금 오래 걸리긴 했지만 사이트를 자세히 보니 공지한 기간내에 배송이 된거더군요.. </P>
<P>하여간에 셔츠는 너무나 맘에 듭니다. 바느질도 매우 꼼꼼하고 원단도 훌륭한거 같구요..</P>
<P>다른 맞춤셔츠 업체를 이용하다 점점 더 실망감을 갖게 되어 다시는 맞춤업체를 이용하지 않으려고 했었는데 렉스테일러를 이용해보니 다시 생각을 하게 되었습니다. 일반세탁을 하면 문제를 일으킬 수도 있다는 점이 좀 걸리기는 하지만 만일 치수가 좀 준다면 다음부터는 조금 큰 사이즈로 맞추면 되겠지요..ㅎㅎㅎ</P>
<P>다만 섭섭한 점은 첫 주문이라서 한 벌만 주문할까 하다가 마침 맘에드는 것도 있었고 5만원이 넘어야 배송비가 무료라는 안내에 따라 두벌을 주문했는데 택배사에서 배송비를</P>
<P>청구(2,500)했습니다. 기다리던 물건이 왔는데 안 받겠다고 할 수도 없고, 송장에도 착불이라고 명기되어 있어서 어쩔수 없이 지급을 했습니다만 세심한 배려가 아쉬웠습니다.</P>
<P>물론 어떤식으로든지 해결해 주시리라 믿지만 앞으로는 그런일이 없기를 기대합니다.</P>

<P>아버지가 너무 목이 굵으신 관계로...^^</P>
<P>매번 와이셔츠를 사기가 힘들었거든요..</P>
<P>근데...가격도 너무 저렴하고..천도 고급스러워 보여요~전혀 3만원 짜리 같지 않은..^^</P>
<P>와이셔츠 또한 깔끔하게 바느질 되어있고..</P>
<P>오히려 백화점에서 비싼돈 주고 사느니...여기서 맞추는게 훨씬더 낫네요~</P>

안녕하세요 고객님
저희 렉스테일러에서 제작하고 있는 원단들은 모두 면이 혼용되어 물세탁시에는 어느정도의 줄어드는 현상이 있다고 보셔야 합니다. 기성복과 맞춤의 차이는 내몸에 딱맞는 것이라고 할 수 있습니다. 아마도 기성복도 줄어드는 현상이 있을거지만 기성사이즈의 특성상 어느정도의 여유분이 있음으로 해서 줄어드는 느낌이 덜 할 수도 있다는 생각이 듭니다.
고객님께 좀 더 자세한 설명의 부족으로 인하여 불편을 느꼈던 점에 대해서는 정중히 사과의 말씀 전합니다.
다만 집에서 세탁할 시 홈드라이 세재를 물에 풀어서 세탁하신 후 완전히 마르기 전에 다림질을 하시면 줄어드는 현상을 방지할 수 있습니다.
