RE: 안녕하세요 김영미 고객님... 스티치는 꼭 곤색으로 해드리겠습니다. 다만 스티치와 이니셜색은 항상 같이 제작되고 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다. 그리고 언더더블소매는 일반 소매보다는 폭이 조금더 있으나 이 차이로 인해 보기에 큰 지장은 없으리라 보입니다. 결제하신 상품은 납기일에 맞춰 꼭 배송되도록 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

RE: 안녕하세요 psy201 고객님... 저희 제품은 드라이 크리닝을 했을때는 거의 줄음현상이 없답니다. 혹시라도 드럼세탁기로 세탁을 하셨다면 건조시 열기로 인하여 줄음현상이 현저히 나타나게 된답니다. 특히나 목부분은 다른 곳에 비해 줄음현상이 거의 없는데 목이 줄어들어서 단추를 못채울 정도라면 다른 이유가 있을거라고 봅니다. 좀 더 자세한 사항은 고객센터로 전화주시면 친절히 상담해 드리도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.
